Hello! I'm Oliver, a growth and product specialist working with social enterprises and social impact ventures. I am based in Lisbon, Portugal and can work remotely with companies based anywhere in the world.
Shortly after graduating from Univesity of Bristol, I started a backpackers' hostel FunkNBunk and a growth marketing agency Websnips where I helped a bunch of startups grow exponentially.

Nov 2015 - Present
- Websnips helps businesses launch new products and websites that make their businesses more profitable
- Ran paid social and paid search campaigns for leading European venture backed startups. Some clients had adspend of over £100k per month.
- Driving revenue growth by building out their sales funnel. Developing and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies. Optimising based on deep analytics analysis. Maximising customer lifetime value, through lifecycle emails and re-targeting.
Co-Founder @ EDIS Fashion
November 2019 - Present
- Launched MVP for the marketplace with €0 tech budget.
- Achieved total of over 30 orders and monthly revenue of over €2k, with €0 marketing budget.
- Due to COVID-19 situation and global economic uncertainty I couldn't continue in my full-time Co-Founder capacity so dropped back to being an advisor.

April - September 2019
- QuarterOne is a Seedcamp backed SAAS startup. I joined as a Co-Founder in April 2019 shortly after the seed round to head up the Product and Marketing.
- QuarterOne helps sales and finance teams unlock value from their CRM data.

August 2015- March 2016
- Ran a campaign that Increased mobile app installs by 1500% over a period of 3 months.
- Optimised a Facebook ad campaign leading to a CPI at over half what it was previously, at a higher volume.
- Launched an A/B tested email marketing campaign, that was sent to 1 million+ customer database.
Founder @ FunkNBunk Hostel
January -July 2015
- Oversaw the day-to-day operations, which included, developing and implementing the marketing strategy, building the brand, developing partnerships, doing the accounts and managing a team of seven staff.
- Broke even on initial investment after 3 months, achieving 85% occupancy in the third month of operation thanks to effective marketing strategy.
- Operations ceased in mid-July due to problems with the neighbours.
